Welcome to the Riverside Preparatory School Homepage. Riverside Prep is a high academic, College Preparatory, FREE Public Charter School with separate programs for grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12 (K-11 in 2008-2009). We are Fully WASC Accredited and boast an API of 813.  Our program is designed to educate the whole child and as such we offer PE, Spanish and Music (piano, general music, choir, or band) at every grade level. The School uses the same "modified traditional calendar" for all grade levels (click on the 2008-2009 calendar on the top) allowing families to enjoy vacations at four times during the year (October, December, March, and July). The Educational Program at Riverside Prep will provide excellent preparation for study at the University level.
